Customer service = no existent. Came here with my husband after surgery to get his checked cashed. He wasn't supposed to do alot of walking so we used the drive thru. Smart, right? Apparently not. We were told that the drive thru is for customers only. So my husband who just had surgery on his legs had to walk inside to cash his check. Yes the check was from the bank. Put my atm card in the atm and it took my card and wouldn’t give it back,,, I tried to call the next morning to get my card back and kept getting hung up on,,, I walked into the bank and they told me the card is destroyed if it’s retained… Don’t go here
