I recently stopped by the Gulf Breeze office to make a deposit and the teller, Marcie, took time to explain that a Hold had automatically been placed on the funds because of the large amount and helpd me understand my options regarding it. Shiela is a very experienced banker with lots of good advice. The tellers are extremely patient and helpful. I have never had anything but a pleasant banking experience here. The entire staff is pleasant and very knowledgable. They certainly deserve 5 stars.
This Regions Branch has excellent customer service and has always been attentive to our needs.
I recently stopped by the Gulf Breeze office to get help with a problem I was having with a deposit I made at the ATM regarding one of my accounts. I spoke with Sheila Hammond, who took time to sit down with me and help me fix the problem that I had created by not entering the deposit correctly.
