Sometimes there's a wait here when you need to see a banker. It's much easier to set an appointment if that works out for you. I had a great meeting with Benjamin who was professional and quick.
1) The teller greeted me as soon as I arrived. 2) Maggie Roberson took swift action to reactivate my card. 3) She also let me know as soon as Regions got their act together and I could use my card again. Moral of the review: Not all Regions branches are the same; this one has solid people.
I recently stopped by the Gulf Breeze office to make a deposit and the teller, Marcie, took time to explain that a Hold had automatically been placed on the funds because of the large amount and helpd me understand my options regarding it. She was very helpful and very interested in making sure that I was comfortable with the Hold. I also spoke with Sheila Hammond, who took time to be sure I was helped quickly and efficiently. Shiela is a very experienced banker with lots of good advice. The tellers are extremely patient and helpful. I have never had anything but a pleasant banking experience here. The entire staff is pleasant and very knowledgable. They certainly deserve 5 stars.
This Regions Branch has excellent customer service and has always been attentive to our needs.
