My father passed in 2022, and I’ve been trying to deal with his estate ever since. I visited this branch after having disheartening interactions at a few other branches. Great bank and great customer service
I like dealing with this branch as well as the Cordova branch. The staff seem to be making an effort to please and to do their best. Having said that, the persons working in the personal loan department are apparently incompetent. They did not thoroughly review my tax returns based on follow up questions that would have been answered had they done so.
