The staff here is so friendly. They helped me right away, and made sure I left without needing anything else. I never felt rushed.
I had a pleasure going to this branch the other day. It was very clean and i was greeted very promptly. Did not have a ton of business to do but the teller was very sweet. She made me feel like a friend and I left there with a smile to finish out the rest of my day.
A cashiers check should be something easy to cash... they made it rather difficult. 1st branch didn't have enough cash and it took some convincing for them to check with the other branches in the city. Since I am not a Regions customer, just wanted to cash a Regions check with them, they would not order cash for me. They initially told me I would have negotiated with my bank about the fees and cash it there...
Debra Haskin Relationship Banker II, was amazing. She listened to my problem and jumped into action to get my account working. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. She corrected my problem in thirty minutes. When my home banker was on day four. She cared and it showed.
