A cashiers check should be something easy to cash... they made it rather difficult. 1st branch didn't have enough cash and it took some convincing for them to check with the other branches in the city. Since I am not a Regions customer, just wanted to cash a Regions check with them, they would not order cash for me. They initially told me I would have negotiated with my bank about the fees and cash it there...
Debra Haskin Relationship Banker II, was amazing. She listened to my problem and jumped into action to get my account working. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. She corrected my problem in thirty minutes. When my home banker was on day four. She cared and it showed.
This bank is the worst for customer service. I've been robed over and over with their overdraft fees and when I try to address it I'm pushed aside. Let's see how they like being contacted by a lawyer. Take your money somewhere else you won't be happy at regions at all
