All of our banking is done here... Union Planters has now merged with Regions Bank, but the quality of services and the friendly staff hasn't changed. We have our IRA, savings, checking, and mortgage through this bank and would not go anywhere's else. We love the staff here who are always willing to help and I know with this bank customer service is always number 1. Fees This is the second time that even though my records were correct, they got me with overdraft fees, that I didn't owe!! I kept records, and didn't go over what I had in my account. Since it was close, I looked at the Website often, to make sure I didn't mess up with my records, and I didn't. Then I put money in the bank, and still looked at their site to make sure all was well.
