I have been a Regions customer for at least 20 years, and have always been very pleased with the service provided. I live in Pensacola, Florida, very close to the Eastgate branch. I have been a customer of Regions Bank since before they were Regions Bank. I think they may have been Amsouth 30 years ago. I have never gone into the bank and made a deposit and the teller tell me I will not see any of these funds because Region wants to HOLD the money for 7 days. No cause, no reason, and no it will not pay any bills heading to your account that you are responsible for. No reasonable explanation. I was member there for years. The people who worked there were so racist. The comments about black people and Jewish people when they walked out of the bank were disturbing and disgusting!
