Finally got a good bank!
Horrible to deal with. Sat on phone for customer service. Took 3 days to not solve anything. Waste of time

When I walked in the 101 building I was distracted to not see the bank location behind me. 1st time there and I saw 1st the office doors tgat appeared to require a badge to get in verses the public bank entrance. Which I started fumbling with my phone to be sure I was in the right place. Had I looked ahead I would have known I was. The fact that I googled the nearest Regions bank near me from Taylors it did not show the E.
