Service has gotten so bad. Takes forever if you have to see someone inside. For a company that makes billions you’d think they could afford proper staffing.
Customer service is really shoddy. You can walk in and explain what you need help with, and then people will walk in mi eyes after you did and they will be told to wait too. Then those people will be helped before you are. Angie is the only exception to this, so if she is out plan to come back another day or go to a different branch, or wait a really long time
