Visiting from out of town and needed cash. The ATM dispensed only $20 bills. When I asked the teller to exchange for smaller denomination bills he claimed he could only do so if I had an account. If true, this is ridiculous.
I am so thankful for having Regions have alerts about possible fraudulent activity. I received a text about something and was able to confirm it was fraud and shut down the card, block further transactions, get my money refunded and get a new card. I also was shown how to lock my card between transactions as well. Just appreciate the rapid response to protect me.
I am very pleased with the services I have received from Regions , Very prompt and always friendly.
