I moved from Chase over to Regions due to frustration with Chases app. As a Chase customer I recieved my paycheck 2 days early every single time, could send as much money as I needed to my partner for my half of the bills and recieved my debit card from them quickly. Every contact I have with Regions Bank is always positive. Yesterday was one more example, I was having trouble at the ATM (my fault) and so I stepped inside just minutes before closing. I could tell they were getting ready to close. Bre Brown insisted that there was no rush, that they had time for me. She was warm, friendly, patient, and professional. I felt valued as a customer.
