I've been a bank customer for several years and have always received excellent service. However, recently, Manager Whitney helped me implement financing for our clients. I was very pleased with the professional and serious approach of Whitney and her team. This week we opened our company account. Thank you all!

I've never left a negative review before, but after receiving thoughtful customer service from another bank informing me of a rate increase on a money market acct and telling me that I didn't have to do anything to receive it I decided to write this review about the horrible customer service from Regents Bank. I am the beneficiary to a Platinum Relationship Money Market account. Had some hardships along the way! Just can't stay with a bank that "new" and crappy reps enjoy telling your customers what they won't do with a crack of a smile! What a joke of a relationship! Hopefully I will be out of your facility by FRIDAY
