Customer service is atrocious. Tried to make up new rules and claim they weren't new until questioned further. Ran my withdrawal through the bill counter on the front counter instead of the one in rear so I can't see it, didn't show or give me that receipt AND didn't count out the bills. I have much larger withdrawals that they've demanded, machine counted, and hand counted in front of me that I tried to ask them not to hand count because of time and they've always hand counted because of their rules. My review is about Regions the bank, not the employees of the Mandarin branch. I bank with lots of banks and the only bank that required me to come in person to update my mailing address is Regions. Even though my address for my business is updated and listed in Sunbiz. What a waste of time for me to have to come in person to change my address, something I was able to do with every other bank online through my online banking portal. Now I understand why they don’t have 4 or 5 stars! Been a customer for decades have all of my business and personal accounts with them and my kids have accounts. Let them know ahead of time I would be arriving at exactly 2pm on News Year Eve as I just found out they close early on that non holiday at 2pm.
