Cut the lights off while I was in line waiting to withdraw money very rude needs lesson on customer service almost decided to close my account
Cut the lights off on me while tryin to get a cashier check to buy a car left my license 8 minutes up the road at the dealership and lady told me to come back Monday because they lights cut off and they don't do transactions after they lights cut off so then g had to stand outside in the heat and wait on my ride to come back
During my visit to Regions Bank on 5/29/25, I interacted with both the front counter and drive-through tellers. The front counter teller, who was pregnant, greeted me warmly before excusing herself to the restroom. She is always professional and courteous, so I anticipated excellent service. The drive-through teller was equally helpful, polite, and efficient. Their teamwork ensured smooth operations and a positive customer experience from start to finish
