During my visit to Regions Bank on 5/29/25, I interacted with both the front counter and drive-through tellers. The front counter teller, who was pregnant, greeted me warmly before excusing herself to the restroom. She is always professional and courteous, so I anticipated excellent service. The drive-through teller was equally helpful, polite, and efficient. Their teamwork ensured smooth operations and a positive customer experience from start to finish

What bank doesn't count coin? You have to have it counted separately in envelopes.
Teller was very professional with a beautiful smile when I approached the window ask how my day was going. Finished my transaction and called me by my name and ask was there anything else that she could help me with today I said no. She said enjoy the rest of your day.
Here's the thing. If I'm calling to speak to a teller, there's no reason why no one shouldn't answer, especially if there's a two hour gap between when I called. Called at 10am, then at 1pm, then at 2pm. No answer. I'm assuming either the staff is deaf or just doesn't care. Very rude!!!
