On December 5 i walked in to Regions Bank n Fairfield met miss Takisha James she went above and beyond to help me out. When I say she went above and beyond, she did i have been with this bank over 30 years. Maybe more. I have never met such a bright kind respectable lady like her. The issue was the drive up ATM machine. The ATM obviously was out of order and I didn’t receive cash back. But the transaction went through and posted to my account. The inside teller was very polite inside when I went inside. I had assumed the atm transaction was voided and hadn’t gone through so I went inside to do the withdrawal. I spoke with someone from the branch on the phone after learning that the transaction had posted to my account. She was very empathetic and polite.
