I had the best experience at the bank, Cora served me very well, always trying to make the whole process not take long and I was aware and comfortable with every step, the bank manager was very attentive, I definitely recommend this bank! Thank you regions!
Went to make a wire transfer to a title company the morning of closing on a home. Their ID scanner was defective, and they said they couldn’t do anything for me and sent my wife and I away. I knew there was no way that the job couldn’t have been accomplished, and the arrogance they portrayed sending me away was mind boggling. I drove to another branch who also had issues with their ID scanner. But, that branch, was able to get the job done.
