this is the worst branch,I started at this branch and it has went downhill since then how are you going to have one person working in the bank they have lines all the way around the building in the Drive-Thru no communication as to what's going on and it's the 3rd of the month
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the Regions Bank branch located at 51 W. Bay St., Jacksonville, FL 32202.  The customer service was appalling, and I would strongly advise businesses to avoid this branch. Upon arrival, with only one other customer present, I anticipated a swift transaction. However, I was informed that personal accounts take precedence over business accounts, leading to an unacceptable 45-minute wait.
