And if you just happen to have the grave misfortune of dealing with the Assistant Manager, William Carson, you can be certain to walk away from that encounter feeling disrespected in the worst way. I have banked with regions for over 25 years starting back in Alabama when they were not even regions yet. Overall it's been a good experience but their app will not work on my phone and when you call to get help they just say they know and one day they will fix it. So 6 months later it's still not fixed so I moved accounts over to another bank. But the app is not important to you, don't let that stop you from being a regions customer.

We love Regions Bank in Tomball, everyone there is so friendly and helpful! Would not think about banking anywhere else!
