Friendly staff
I have never had customer service this bad in a bank or any other establishment. Typically I don't leave reviews of negativity but this experience was just ridiculous I asked to withdraw $5,000 from my account he asked me for my ID and a debit card then tell me it was not my debit card and demanded I tell him where I got it. He took my debit card and the ID out of my reach and laid them in front of his computer. I explained to him if he just looked at the account he would see my name was on it and then said oh yeah bro. Everyone that works here is exceptionally professional and kind, most especially Tammy Collins. She goes above and beyond to explain things that might be complicated for a layman, such as myself. She dilligently uses her expertise to understand my financial situation and be sure that I am thoroughly informed in all my financial endeavors making it a pleasure to bank with Regions.
