Everyone that works here is exceptionally professional and kind, most especially Tammy Collins. She goes above and beyond to explain things that might be complicated for a layman, such as myself. She dilligently uses her expertise to understand my financial situation and be sure that I am thoroughly informed in all my financial endeavors making it a pleasure to bank with Regions. If you are considering taking out a personal or business loan, this is the place to go.
Since when do banks not make change? I have to be an account holder for you to break bills for me? This is one of the many reasons I DONT have an account with you. You may have a convenient location, but your business model doesnt even attempt to take care of people. A better model would be, "No problem, sir. Here's your change. Have you considered opening up an account with us? Here are some of the perks." But, sadly, no. You would rather alienate potential customers. Leslie was extremely helpful with opening up a new account for my parents who had moved to the area. She was professional, engaging and understanding. Tammy also stopped in and welcomed my parents to the area. Extremely friendly and I'm thankful to have found them.
