Horrible I would never go there again I went to get a card for my new account an I never needed a replacement card for my new account an yet the Lady Savanna stated she will have to charge me 5$ for a new card because on my other accounts I have gotten new cards already she Definitely wasn’t Emphatic or Sympathetic at all I been with regions bank for almost 10 yrs an I’m about to leave like everybody else because the staff they Hire has poor customer an Definitely don’t care about the Members so I’m giving it a 1star
Tuve situación Me encontraba retirando en cuando complete la cantidad y acepte un rayo ocasionó qué se fuera la luz así que se trajo mi tarjeta cuando me acerqué a informar sobre alguna solución o si me podía presentar mañana y me ignoraron completamente por que ya casi era hora de salida ni alguna solución ni repuesta a mis dudas solo me hicieron señas a travez de un cristal indicando la hora
