The staff are very good and awesome. Nice associates. Too much satisfied to be a Region customer.
Service was outstanding
Horrible branch. Very nice when opening an account but become very rude over time. The assistant branch manager opened my account when I went back for some questions she was very rude and sarcastic here recently. Don't let these people hold large amounts of your money just use them for the early direct deposit. If that leaves I'm gone. 100% useless. They treat clients like they're criminals trying to get over.
Very disappointed in Regions Bank. They cancelled my debit card due to fraud, kudos for detecting that, that is good. My issue, very serious issue due to today's world of wanting everyone to pay with a card, it's taking them over 10 Days to get me a new card to use!!!!! Time to check out Credit Unions.
