Mrs. Maryann and the tellers have always been very helpful and kind when I visit the branch.
Most professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Kemi Gilliam, Branch Manager handled my personal matter promptly and efficiently. Banking rules and regulations can be challenging to navigate. Mrs Gilliam was very adept in manuevering through the complexities! Thanks Kemi!!
Probably the worst bank I been to couldn't even cover a overdraft due to theft
I have had multiple issues taken care of with professionalism and haste. The ENTIRE staff is friendly and engaged with the customer. I always have confidence when I visit slidell Regions bank. Thank you ms. Cassandra and ms.Jessica for going the extra mile to take care of my concerns.
Horrible the current branch manage Akima is not pleasant she is not helpful and is hardly there today is 3/05/2026 and she is not there I’m not sure of a branch manager schedule but for the most part she is not available most of the time or she is leaving early or promoting people who don’t have knowledge of regions policy which brings attention to her not being there because they need her; such a bomber
