I have had nothing but good experiences at this regions branch, and have done business there for many years. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of a new employee named Josiah. He literally acts like He is trying to get fired. He is rude, immature , and apparently doesn't want to do his job. My 2 interactions with him were awful, and he did the same to a friend of mine.

If you are new in town and looking for a bank, you can't go wrong with Regions! From morning to night they'll treat you right, especially Vanessa at Edgewater FL. Regions, where you are treated like family!💯

Very low sea service and bad service. Wrong checks, long time waiting. They are not good at all.

If you ever have to go to this branch, do not let Cameron try to help you. Lack of knowledge, basic and minimal effort. What he told me was impossible or out of the option, I had done on the phone through a regions rep. He recommend close my account on account of a fraud issue um having with square. Tho I told him ACH tho he can see it, he said he couldn't pull the transaction from my card . One of my worst banking experience.
