Don't trust them with your money! They use 'bait and switch' tactics!! I opened an account about a month ago utilizing a $400 new account bonus notification that Regions had sent me. The Regions banker at the time took the notification, wrote its approval numbers down and said I would receive the $400 in my account. Love regions!!! Although the Edgewater location could have better customer service. Tellers have an attitude.

I have had nothing but good experiences at this regions branch, and have done business there for many years. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of a new employee named Josiah. He literally acts like He is trying to get fired. He is rude, immature , and apparently doesn't want to do his job. My 2 interactions with him were awful, and he did the same to a friend of mine.
If you are new in town and looking for a bank, you can't go wrong with Regions! From morning to night they'll treat you right, especially Vanessa at Edgewater FL. Regions, where you are treated like family!💯
