Customer service and problem solving is above average. They addressed all my issues including online problems immediately and even took the extra step to get me connected to a financial advisor who contacted me next day. Would recommend them for any one looking to open a same day bank account and get a same day debit card without all the hassle of waiting in the mail. What a great branch. And Connie was fabulous.
Don't trust them with your money! They use 'bait and switch' tactics!! I opened an account about a month ago utilizing a $400 new account bonus notification that Regions had sent me. The Regions banker at the time took the notification, wrote its approval numbers down and said I would receive the $400 in my account. When I checked today the Regions banker said she had no knowledge of the bonus and said I needed to present the notification again to be considered for the bonus. Love regions!!! Although the Edgewater location could have better customer service. Tellers have an attitude.

I have had nothing but good experiences at this regions branch, and have done business there for many years. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of a new employee named Josiah. He literally acts like He is trying to get fired. He is rude, immature , and apparently doesn't want to do his job. My 2 interactions with him were awful, and he did the same to a friend of mine.
