This bank sucks. Don’t recommend.
It was a quick good experience today... I wish Pines Rd branch was as good as this one.
This is not a bank I would recommend. May people have told me they changed banks, and I am having to do so. Very apathetic customer service. There are a few nice clerks, but the service is horrendous and a few are just plain rude. On more than one occasion, extremely so.
Regions Bank employees are very helpful and friendly. The bank is up to date and easy to do business with.
