The service i received from the banker was great. The young lady was very patient and made sure all my issues were taken care of.
Three times, Regions Bank has mistakenly deposited funds I’ve deposited into someone else’s account. The 2.8-star rating for this location is overly generous given the consistent issues experienced. I also noticed that they seem to scrub negative comments about them on FB as well. This bank branch needs to be investigated, if for anything; sheer incompetence. To any potential future Regions customers: You've been warned.
Had a horrible experience recently. This bank cleared a check for me and I went through the proper channels as in waiting on the hold to be cleared. Once cleared i thought everything was fine until I woke up one morning and the check was gone and my account was in the negative. Tried getting some understanding in regards to my account in person.
