I visited this branch last week on company business. I was there rendering a service. Once the manager briefed me, I proceeded to do my job. She seemed to have a nice disposition. As she was letting me enter into another section of the bank, she looked familiar, so I just asked her did she used to work at the Mansfield Rd branch and she responded "um hum". I have been a LIFEGREEN PREFERRED CUSTOMER at Regions Bank for over 30+ years. I have 6 accounts with Regions Bank. As a loyal customer I did not ask much from Regions Bank. I called Regions Bank, the Southeast Branch, 8350 Millicent Way Shreveport, La. 71115 to see if I could finish setting up our account. The Bank closes at 5:00 PM. I was going to be inside the bank at 4:45 PM to make sure that the paperwork for my joint account was correct. Regions never seems to surprise me on their attitude at drive through. Today I went through drive through and hit the call button and the lady looked at me like I was crazy with a look like what do you want. About 2 weeks ago went through drive through and lady never said a word from the moment I pulled up and then acted like I was a problem with the look she gave me as I drove off. What has happened to standards with these business
The branch manager was so nice and knowledgeable. She was very professional. I’m glad she was able to assist me . 🥰
This bank sucks. Don’t recommend.
