They were great until I saw they were trying to take money from my account without my permission and that’s just something I can’t deal with.
I don't recommend any veteran or person wanting timely notary service to come here. We sat an hour waiting to have one document signed only to have the Lady talk with a customer 25mins about family history then jump on an "important" call. 2 hours of my life gone as well as my wife and children who were all with me. HORRIBLE!!!
(1) It's was Very Good to Actually talk to a Live Person, when you Call Regions on the Phone, on North Market. (2) The Bank Teller was Very Friendly and that's with a Big Smile, I don't see that a Lot at other Businesses. (3) Mrs. Williams, was Very Helpful and Knowledgeable, Patience, work with you with a Smile, she also make sure you Completely Satisfied and All Your Questions are Answer, before you walk out her Office.
