The entire female staff at regions were extremely helpful and welcomed me to regions with open arms. I highly recommend banking with regions. ( Preferably E Texas st location)
The bank didn't seem very welcoming, it felt very desolate. The people who work there were nice but I don't know, it could be the area. I'm not from here, I'm from Florida, it just seemed like it was about to close or go out of business. Most banks I've ever been to looked better kept and we're more lively. I had 1 person ahead of me, and I had to stand in an empty line for at least 15 mins when there was more than 1 lane opened. Regions and I have banked together since 2008. Recently, I had an opportunity to visit Regions to create a new account and make some adjustments to my existing account. My interactions with the professionals at the branch were positive and affirming of the faith I place in their handling of my meager resources. There isn't much to say other than they were able to help, they introduced me to a banking product that was new to me, and I thoroughly enjoyed the interaction. It is a good place to visit and a great place to bank.
