I’ve been banking with this Regions branch for years and regularly make business deposits and get change for my restaurants. I’m the CEO of Sam’s Eatery and other seafood restaurants, and we have multiple business accounts with Regions. I truly appreciate the other employees at this branch—they’ve always been friendly and professional. Unfortunately, my experience with Cierra has been the complete opposite. I cannot speak highly enough about Gigi and Joy at the Bossier branch. Even though i don’t come in often, they know who I am and have always been able to take care of my needs. We have a complicated (to me!) account, but they are top notch professionals. Even though I could do business with any Regions, I’ll always come here because of their amazing customer service.
Add veems, bank since 2010.And it's been pretty good. I don't like the way they change bankers in it. Because I really don't trust people who have my information.

Stephanie Bishop at this location is wonderful. I came in frazzled and at my wits end and left happy and content. Because of her my mortgage will be able to close now. Please give this woman a raise ASAP
