I went to make a withdrawal. The lady working the drive-thru is very polite and nice and I didn't have to wait long. I would highly recommend anybody looking for a bank go to regions..
They move so slow. I've been standing in line for 25 mins and they barely have one teller to assist their customers. This is by far the worst bank in Shreveport.
This branch (Hearne Ave) is the worst branch. My experience made me not want to be a member of Regions completely. The staff is ill-mannered to say the least. When I entered the building I heard the 2 bankers talking about me, “Why she trying to get a name change in the drive thru anyway.” Mind you I just came for a quick withdrawal from my account but the drive-thru teller urged me to come in and speak with a banker “real fast”. 1 banker told me that she couldn’t do it today.
