It is literally a shame for anyone to be this slow and clueless about tasks and duties in a bank, why does it take so darn long to help a customer
They are absolutely too darn slow, they need to hire more people, I will never be back to this location...just ridiculous
This has to be the worse location in Shreveport . Come thru drive thru and told to wait and no one else is in line . Come to drive thru it can be a few cars your going to be in line no less than 15 minutes . Go inside rarely more than one teller working and the line is to the door. This in my opinion is horrible service. I’m surprised they have not closed this location
