They never have more than 1 teller working. It takes a week sometimes longer for transactions or deposits to post and unless you keep track of your total after taxes then you won't know your real balance until they post. The overdraft protection doesn't matter because you dont even know youre negative until its to late. And heaven forbid you dont fix it by 8pm because all those pending transactions that you thought you had money for, will ding your account and charge you $35 for each transaction. I went to make a withdrawal. The lady working the drive-thru is very polite and nice and I didn't have to wait long. I would highly recommend anybody looking for a bank go to regions..
