My fiancé had an account with regions and we decided to make it a joint account. They needed a copy of my ss card, which I gave them. They never forwarded my information to corporate. So a few months later, without any warning what so ever, they terminated our account and withdrew all of our money. This bank charges more than other regions locations to cash checks and then to top it off they are very rude after waiting in a twenty minute line. I would avoid this bank at all costs. They want to make money off of everyone else’s hard work and then treat you like a second class citizen just because you don’t bank with them. Very unprofessional.
