Whitehall branch is the best very professional people always friendly
All the staff members at this branch are phenomenal and so very helpful. I always know that they’ll be able to help me with whatever questions I might have.
They help me out every time I go into the bank.
The bank’s online system failed, and its phone reps told me I could quickly visit a branch to resolve the issue. After a half hour passed, I was told the wait wasn’t excessive. As I left, I was told I should be happy that they take security so seriously that I had to wait an hour for them to confirm my identity. It became a joke for my social circle.
