Ever since I opened my account with Regions I have not had any problems with them. Even when someone managed to use my card. They took very good care of me and protecting what little I had. I thank them for watching out for me.
My husband and I were out of town and stopped into this Regions for two different issues, and we received the kindest and most personable service from Sam. She was knowledgeable and helped us sort everything out, but more importantly she made us feel like family. It's so rare to receive that kind of customer service these days. I've never written a good review for a bank before, so thanks Sam for going above and beyond!
