I recently started banking with regions and they have been PHENOMENAL since the start. They helped me make it a simple process of withdrawing a larger amount and were super friendly and kind. The building is very well maintained and clean. I’d like to give a personal shoutout to the manager Ben who was so kind and supportive with me during my transactions and even discussing investments over the phone. Definitely recommend this bank to anyone especially those looking for a branch that extends further than just NWA.
I had a great experience with the service here, and everyone was so nice, I'm not an account holder but I needed to cash a check and they were able to get me taken care of and I was in and out of there so quick. Tearsa was who helped me and she was so pleasant to talk to. Thank you.
They aren't kind and seem like they hate working there, the women specifically. No matter if I've gone inside or drive-thru everyone seems to have a sour attitude. Barely make eye contact, no smile, no happy tones ... Doesn't feel like they actually care or want to help you either. It isn't that way at the Rogers Promenade location. It isn't hard to make a positive impact on people, it just takes effort and there isn't any at this location.
Regions bank is the place to take all your financial needs! Ben at the branch on Walton and 14th in Bentonville is who to ask for help!!
