Chris was amazing!
This definitely was ONCE a great bank with excellent customer service. I enjoyed going in and talking with the friendly tellers and office staff UNTIL mister unfriendly, rude and racist came to the bank. I noticed the decline of happiness in the atmosphere from the tellers and immediately knew something was wrong and then I experienced his lack of care, kindness and respect for customers like myself.
