This is a wonderful Bank and give Great customer service. I was with a different Bank in this area and Beaufort with my business which was lacking in Good service and I closed it! I am very pleased with a few new accounts i just opened along with my Old accounts with Regions Bank..
This is probably the best bank I've ever had an account in. The staff is extremely welcoming and very sweet. They are all so helpful. I was in serious trouble with my account because I didn't know how venmo worked and I was overdrawn in my accout. It was my last bit of money. They completely understood and waived my overdraft fee instead for taking all I had for this week. It's nice to know that I bank with HUMANS instead for robots. Everyone that works there deserves recognition.
I had fraud on my credit card and regions bank canceled the credit card without my knowledge. They never sent an email or any kind of information to let me know they were doing this. I called on it and found out that they were sending me a new card and it would be there within days. It never arrived. I called again this past week to find out where my card was and they said they dropped the ball . No one had sent it to me and nothing had been done with my file.
