The manager was awesome as well as the tellers. I had an issue with another branch and this one was phenomenal at fixing it. They listened and was very thorough as compared to the Alcoa highway branch that does not seem to care about customers. They helped me with the estates of my parents account. They passed in 2014, (however the Alcoa Highway branch did not feel the need to complete the job, which was to close the account and put all the funds into an estate account, they decided not to issue $3,600 and leave it in an acc... read more
