worst fuckimg bank ever i hope it catches fire
Made a CASH deposit today and it’s been well over an hour and the money is still not showing in my account. I am now being told that their system is off-line and in an off-line mode and the funds may not appear until late tonight. I have bills to pay today and a doctors appointment to pay for and I have no access to my own money. It’s in limbo. This is completely unacceptable. I’ve been with Regions for many years and I’ve never really liked this branch or regions bank as a whole.
get employees in there that actually care about the customer instead of terrible customer service people like anchalee brown! Even funnier, when I said I was going to contact CEO, she said she didn't care!
