Very slow only one teller and even with other people working they were no help and the one teller had private conversations with customers which made the wait even longer very unprofessional
I've been banking with Regions in Jacksonville Alabama for many years, just a simple bank account. The tellers are always friendly and helpful, especially at the drive thru.
This is the worst bank you could ever bank at I went to cash my check today and they shorted me by 60 dollars and I went back to the window and she told me that there was a mistake with the computer that it miss read the check and I won't receive my money until Tuesday or Wednesday on top of that they already give me issues cashing my check when I've been doing it with my normal pay roll check for 4 years now absolutely done with regions especially this one y'all stay away from them hopefully I receive my money when she told... read more
