Went into Regions for an issue i didn't understand on a statement. Casandra was so helpful. She explained about the issue and I was very satisfied. I started asking about other financial items that they offer. Casandra took the time to answer and explain each of the items and she gave me examples of how each item would impact my financial experience.
I needed help with completing an application and the branch manager took me in her office and devoted about 2 hours to helping me with financial documents required for this application process. She was totally invested in providing the documentation for me, and then spent more time with me discussing more financial planning. I highly recommend this branch of Regions Bank and their branch manager.
Very friendly service and they do their best to help you resolve your issues!!!
