Nice bank but unfortunately manager it’s not very knowledgeable wouldn’t deposit my check being endorsed by by a other bank and signed. I went down the street to the other regions deposited with no problem. Manager was very rude.
Banks are ultimately made by their teams, and this branch Team is outstanding, kind, helpful and very knowledgeable Couldn't be happier to have them as my bankers Highly recommend you visit them or better yet, rely on them
Pesima la atencion. el Sr. Christopher(cero profesional, cero jovial), hizo q hasta me cerraran la cuenta, muy mala experiencia en este Banco!!! NO lo recomiendo, llaman en exceso y no son claros con la información prestan! No confie en los empleados de allí!
If i can give this branch 0 star i will Don’t trust the employee there .. They will told you something when you’re open your account and later on something else. When i call the banker she told me i told you about the overdraft fee but she don’t. Everytime i went to open credit card they refused too. Worst and rude !
My daughter needed to open an account. We scheduled an appointment with this Regions Branch. We were initially contacted by Mary who advised Chris would be handling our needs during our Saturday afternoon visit. We were greeted by Chris upon arrival with no wait time. He identified the account that would best serve my daughter's needs. I found him to be informative, interested, professional, easy to speak with, jovial, and diligent.
