I used to love Regions bank. I am now frustrated because when I go inside for any transactions, there are only ever one or two tellers working. The wait time inside of the lobby is horrendous. The staff was very friendly and helpful, however.
After reading previous posts I see that this post may be pointless as far as reaching anyone higher up due to the automated message that’s been responding to everyone, but I still would like to give my feedback. I was needing help with my account, not only was the gentleman HELPFUL, he went above and beyond. He walked me through my situation and was extremely patient. I wish I remembered his name, maybe Dave, he was great‼️‼️. Great customer service ‼️
