I have been with Regions for many, many years. They have always been on my side and have always had my back. In a world infested with cyber criminals, it's assuring to know I am with a good bank.
Great bank and Awesome customer service! Have not had any issues at all in my time with them.
Terrible place to bank at. Don’t even consider doing a mobile deposit with this bank. Funds are always being held, and they won’t even tell you why if you did it through Mobile Deposit. 7-10 days to wait to get your money is ridiculous. And when I called, they even told me to NOT do a mobile deposit because the system randomly will hold your deposit. ATM and branch locations are horrible. And they are usually understaffed. Avoid this bank like the plague.
Worst customer service I have ever got from regions. I bank in 2 states with regions but I will closing my account with in 2 weeks.
I’m very happy to be a customer at Regions. They are very nice, they welcome my husband and me with a smile. I came to opened a checking account, the bank was about to close their doors in 30 min. But they didn’t mind at all staying a little longer. I really recommend Region Bank! Great job!
