My littles and I had a great experience opening a checking account and pre-paid debit card account! Coloring books and lollipops to keep them occupied while I discussed my financial needs and options for the right banking services. :)
This location has been able to help me on multiple occasions when I didn’t know how to do something dealing with finances whether it be money orders, cashier’s checks, or opening up new accounts. The young woman that is usually in the drive up window is SOOOOO nice when I make my weekly cash deposits. I never have a long wait inside the bank or in the drive up area, they are always so quick & polite! I had a savings account close (my fault) and they were able to set me up with another very fast.
The tellers is always so nice and friendly and helpful. Even when you go inside the banking staff is so very helpful. They always speak. Can I help you or what can I assist you with? Or they acknowledge that you're there. That means a lot these days
Was super quick and simple and was very pleased while being respected. Definitely worth re opening an account there
