Super slow service and does not communicate with customers far as paperwork
I visited this branch today to do a cash advance. Due to an issue just days ago in Pascagoula regarding a cash advance, I called ahead of time to ensure funds were available to process a larger cash advance. The manager, Eric, said they should have no problem handling the amount I requested. When I arrived the teller apologized that I had such a negative experience at the other branch but ensured me that they would be able to process the transaction and wanted me to even consider making Regions my local bank. I have been with Regions for almost 30 years and I recommended you to my partner. Well his account got hacked and has been tied up for three days after they show a negative balance. The pending charge has not been dropped so we have no access to his money. When he tried to cash an out of state check to tide him over he was told that since there was no balance on his account he would be charged a fee to cash a check. I feel that Region’s doesn’t know the customer service I was so used to
There is only one good person over there and that’s the young hispanic lady. Even the manager Therom or what his name is has such a nasty attitude! I have heard him talk bad about his coworkers and flirt with girls who look too young for him. Terrible!
