Terrible called ahead to make sure funds would be available the following business day if a deposit was made through the ATM and they placed a back office hold and my fund won't be available for 8 days . I will be closing my account and moving to a new banking institute. Customer service is terrible.

I had a great experience using the drive thru to cash a check. It’s not my local branch but we were in town visiting the Veteran’s Memorial Park they were very helpful to complete the transaction quickly 👍🏼
Super slow service and does not communicate with customers far as paperwork
I visited this branch today to do a cash advance. Due to an issue just days ago in Pascagoula regarding a cash advance, I called ahead of time to ensure funds were available to process a larger cash advance. The manager, Eric, said they should have no problem handling the amount I requested. When I arrived the teller apologized that I had such a negative experience at the other branch but ensured me that they would be able to process the transaction and wanted me to even consider making Regions my local bank.
