I had banked here since 2016 and up till the last couple of years had not had very few things that caused a problem. If there was anything I needed the mang. Sue promontly resolved them without having to ever go to the branch .Since Sue retired have not been satisfied at all with the customer service.
Terrible called ahead to make sure funds would be available the following business day if a deposit was made through the ATM and they placed a back office hold and my fund won't be available for 8 days . I will be closing my account and moving to a new banking institute. Customer service is terrible.
