The tellers are nice and helpful, but the branch manager, Jorge, is horrible. There was an issue with my checking account and Jorge let me know that he would take care of at 9:00 am,He did not take care of the issue, and actually left the bank early with no directions to his team regarding my concern. The worst banking experience I have ever had in my life. I had to go to the Regions bank in Cedar Hill to get the proper help and support. I will be pulling all of my personal and business accounts out of Regions.
