Very slow and unfriendly - had trouble getting my card mailed out (over 2 weeks and never received it) was told to go in branch but they couldnt do it either - this was during the holidays so it ruin my spirit. Regions is not the place for me to bank any longer - time for a change, I need better customer service. Avoid them and thank me later.
The staff there are very professional, and are kind. They make sure to attend you. Never had issues there with anyone. Whenever I make an appointment, I am attended to on the dot and accordingly.
