I had a really pleasant experience coming in to get a debit card printed. How cool that you all still do that, none of the banks I've ever had accounts with had the tools and materials needs to make them on the spot! Just small conveniences that make me look forward to this new account I just opened with you all. The young lady at the teller line had a great attitude and looked happy to be at work and that's always great to see.
