Manager and staff are extremely helpful and polite!
I had a decent start with this branch: the staff was professional, and my card was issued quickly. However, the overall experience with Regions Bank has been a disaster. After only 3 months, the bank decided to close my account at their own discretion without any clear explanation. It has now been 2 months since the closure, and they are still refusing to return my secured card deposit. They are essentially holding my funds hostage.
