I had a decent start with this branch: the staff was professional, and my card was issued quickly. However, the overall experience with Regions Bank has been a disaster. After only 3 months, the bank decided to close my account at their own discretion without any clear explanation. It has now been 2 months since the closure, and they are still refusing to return my secured card deposit. They are essentially holding my funds hostage. Even if you already have an account there, they still ask for your documents; and if you send someone else to make a deposit for you, they make their life impossible.
Fantastic bank very grateful to be a customer. Amazing customer service which is rare to find these days. Thank you for everything
Unfortunately this location has gone downhill recently. I have been with this location for 7+ years and always had incredible customer service. Now, I can't get a call back from my newly assigned reps and they are not responsive via text or email. Very sad decline at this branch.
