Julio was a wonderful person and banker
The manager Julio was very attentive and friendly, he served me very well and I was very satisfied with everything the bank could offer me in terms of services.
This is absolutely the worst bank in South Florida. Julio Leonel is a liar and doesn't follow thru or follow up with requests to speak with his branch manager. I regret doing business with Regions Bank. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. All of the bankers act as though they are doing you a favor and they don't care about the customer at all. I hope that this bank goes out of business because of the unprofessional people that work for them.
