I would like to give a shout out to Relationship Banker, Gina Lopez, at the West Boca Raton branch at the Boca Greens Shopping Center. She helped me resolve a situation that was ongoing for days and stop what she was doing to pick up the phone and "make it happen!". Hi. To whom it may concern. I went to Regions Bank on 441 West Boca Raton on 02/07/2024 to get some advice. I was not very pleased with the bank officer, the lady that is on the desk but I do not want to get into more details about her. I just want to let Regions Bank know that the nice lady that end up doing the transaction for me which is the teller named Isabel I believe, is very professional, knowledgeable and very patient.
