I went to the branch because of a fraud situation that occurred with my account. Dayana jumped right into help. She was very aware the stress this caused and did an excellent job getting the situation resolved. The branch manager Mariana also got involved to assist. The entire team was wonderful through my crisis.

The manager Caroline, the worst customer service ever. I see lots of the same complaint, not sure why she is still a manager at this bank.
