Well, I do not have an account with reason bank but the sober living home I am living in does so when I take the money orders to the regions bank, they treat me like if I was a customer that have an account with them
They aren't like a normal bank in a good way. At first it was kind of weird they were being nice, asking questions, recommending things I originally thought they were trying to scam or sell me on something but they actually want to help. Makes sense when you think about it a bank with clients getting better financially does better in the end. Attentive, knowledgeable, courteous, approachable nothing but good words for these folks at the branch. They look out for their customer and do an excellent job representing Regions.
Everyone is always super helpful, kind, and efficient. I appreciate this branch.
