After being snowed in without power, wifi, or even cell service to the point of not being able to dial 911 my account became overdrawn. As soon as I was able to access the account I brought the account current. Seeing as how I and my family have SEVERAL accounts with this location, I called the branch ASAP to request a refund of the $108 in overdraft charges. Regions bank takes your money I had gotten 6 overdrafts that was a mistake from wish they hit me for $25 a piece and said they would refund it never called back or refunded it most banks don't hit you for overdrafts under $10 they will hit you with $25 for a penny overdraft
This bank is a joke. Tellers are incompetent and management is inconsistent. Save yourself the stress & frustration, take YOUR money somewhere else!
I called to find out the Regions' Bank Routing Number for wire transfer and was on hold for 13 minutes...for the routing number....way too long for a simple question, and I was talking with a personal banker.
Poor customer service! Went in to start a new acct and waited 15 minutes while the tellers had a "meeting" with the manager. Why should I have to wait to give them my money? If they wanted it they would have helped me within a few minutes of my being there and saved their discussion for afterward. There was only one other customer in the bank at the time. I left and went to Woodforest where I was set up and ready to go within 15 minutes. So happy I went with Woodforest, they're great!
