After being snowed in without power, wifi, or even cell service to the point of not being able to dial 911 my account became overdrawn. As soon as I was able to access the account I brought the account current. Seeing as how I and my family have SEVERAL accounts with this location, I called the branch ASAP to request a refund of the $108 in overdraft charges.
