I have never had a problem with any services here until recently. We made a substantial deposit and were told some of the funds would be available that day and then more a few days later and finally the last of it a week later on the days specified. We had money in our account so the funds being put in wasn’t a big deal. I opened a $1000 credit card for emergency use and when I went to use it recently it was canceled due to inactivity. Am I supposed to constantly have emergencies?
We have been banking w Regions around 30 years and I can't even get my checking account balance over the phone even w our SS numbers..Really now..this is the very reason why I will be closing all our acts w Regions in the near future..
