My wife and I just happened to visit this branch this week as we were traveling and visiting family. It was obvious that they were short-staffed and perhaps slightly overwhelmed. However, the teller who took care of us, Travis, was very friendly, polite, and provided great customer service, despite the fact that they were extremely busy at the time and had quite a few customers waiting to be served. Went in to cash a check and ended up opening an account while on my lunch break. David was helpful throughout the process and I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Completely disappointing customer service. Explained the situation and then was put on hold for 20 min and then they hung up on me…..
Everyone is always very friendly. My only complaint is the bank hours (no Saturdays and doesn't open until 9:00) and it seems to take a long time to complete a simple deposit.
Marion IL is no good they wanted to charge me 20 dollars to cash one of there checks. There customer who had a account with them payed one of there checks. When I was charged for cashing. To me they owed me money and that is stilling.
