I went in there to do a transaction and without a hello or a good morning. I was immediately told to take my hat off and remove my glasses! Was locked with a sign on the door saying open by appointment only, and a phone number. I was so frustrated that I forgot to take a photo before I left for another location.
All the bad stuff you hear about banks: hidden fees, overdraft protection actually giving you overdraft fees, poor customer service (when you can get to them thanks to their convoluted system). This bank was the only one available in my town as a kid and i stayed with them for over 20 years because i would just tolerate their BS each time and i was young and naive.
