I have been a Regions customer since the early 2000s, but the management at this Bluebonnet branch has completely lost my trust. I came in with travel refund checks from a trip cancellation—always buy travel insurance, by the way—which included explicit instructions for the bank on how to verify and deposit them. The teller immediately deferred to the manager, who claimed they couldn't help me because they "didn't know how to verify" the checks. Excellent bankers to deal with.
I went in there to do a transaction and without a hello or a good morning. I was immediately told to take my hat off and remove my glasses! I am a cancer patient that’s why I like to wear my glasses an my hat because I don’t have any hair, and I just immediately walked out of the bank and while I was walking out I said “But I bank with you guys!” I hollered at “that’s our policy!” However, when I went to the bank right down the street on Siegen, they said that you guys lied and you did that because I was black and you guys m... read more
