I needed the check images from 2024, and Maria and Morgan helped me get everything with a lot of patience. Their customer service was great, and I’m really happy with this branch. Thank you, Morgan and Maria — you both are the best.
Beware! Their security measures suck compared to other banks. $72,000 was stolen out of my business account via a newly-added ACH. Despite catching it within 1 hour, they took 6 months to investigate and found they weren’t responsible despite ample evidence because business accounts don’t have the same protections as personal accounts.
I recently opened a business account with Region's and from the get go, I knew I had the right bank. From a friendly staff who helped with account setup, to learning their policies, they do things right--which is incredibly refreshing in a world where businesses are becoming more impersonal. I recently inquired about an issue I had and the banker who assited me went above and beyond to help me. I can't recommend Region's Bank enough. 5-stars for sure!
