How friendly, helpful, informative, concerned about my financial safety and also me as a person. Arthur went over and above I felt. He offered a lot options available and explained them thoroughly to me. Overall it was the best experience I have ever had, he even set up my online banking account and my direct deposit from Social Sec as well. I wish I could give 10 stars to Diana! I am a small business owner and have been banking with Chase for 6 years. I wanted to switch from chase to a different bank due to their fees. I walked in and met Diana. She explained everything to me and how her bank would be a better fit for my business. She made me feel comfortable and not pressured in any way. This is the bank for small businesses and Diana is the one to talk business with! Stellar service!
I can not say THANK YOU enough to Diana! She was very kind, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about everything I was looking for. She was very patient walking me through opening my checking and savings accounts. She took her time to walk me through the regions app and also walked me through the desk top version.
