I have been a client for years, and even through changes there, I still am met with personal care and quick action. Thank you to Arnold who recently opened another account for me, and took care of everything.
They arbitrarily locked an account and for weeks just sat on it and did nothing. Regional manager Diane wasn’t any help and kept passing the buck. We have been loyal customers since 1999 but everyone just wanted to pass the buck. Call after call…visit after visit. Never felt this disrespected in a company we’ve been so loyal to. Will be taking all our business elsewhere.
The teller at the drive thru (Asian descent, have seen her numerous times in past few years) had the most beautiful memorable smile and happy gentle countenance, like the warmth of sunshine. It made my day! Upon driving away I thought "I Love Friendly People, and I feel really good that some of these friendly people are employees at Regions."
