WARNING ⚠️ Regions bank is by far the worst bank I have ever had. Any transactions you attempt either over the phone or at your local branch will take an ungodly amount of time. Employees at the banks are so slow and can be rude as well. Their app is not user friendly and what I mean by that is it's hard to move money on a Regions account. If you like waiting 20+ minutes to make a deposit or ANY transactions then this is the bank for you. I hate this bank!! I come here to get change for work and it’s ALWAYS A 30 to 40 minute wait!! They have the worst customer service I have ever encounter!! Hattie and that bank manger are the problems!! Hattie’s attitude is just ridiculous and I don’t understand as the manger how you could let your lobby be full of customers and you continue to walk around like you don’t have a care in the world! They need major training in that bank , or better yet a brand new staff. Fix it ….
Hello, will I be able to cash my check without a regions account and just pay a fee?
I called this location while at work the Saturday after Black Friday to do a dispute for several $50 charges that had been posted on my account that I did not make after I had just got paid on Black Friday. They are open from 9am-12pm on Saturdays. I called at 9:47am. As I greeted the teller and began to let her know my reason for calling, soon as the word “dispute” came out of my mouth, she begins to talk over me before I could even finish what I had to say.
