The service is ok but those overdraft fees will break u if u are in a bind and u could deposit the money but if it doesn't clear in time they will hit u with all those fees it's crazy
Regions is the best bank
Very quick and helpful
Be prepared to wait at the very least 30 minutes just to be seen or spoken to. They move at the slowest pace ever. So glad I transferred to another branch.
WARNING ⚠️ Regions bank is by far the worst bank I have ever had. Any transactions you attempt either over the phone or at your local branch will take an ungodly amount of time. Employees at the banks are so slow and can be rude as well. Their app is not user friendly and what I mean by that is it's hard to move money on a Regions account. If you like waiting 20+ minutes to make a deposit or ANY transactions then this is the bank for you.
