Kimberly was absolutely incredible at getting my account unlocked. The online system said it would take up to five days and there was no way I could be without my banking for that long. I can’t thank her enough.
Positive, professional greeted warmly extremely satisfied with the information I received. Everyone was so professional and knowledgeable. Made it easy for me to make up my mind where I do banking. Fantastic customer service! Paul was amazing! He helped me through a tough situation, was extremely understanding and knowledgeable and helped me get my accounts in order.
I would not recommend this bank for personal or business as I have both accounts with them and there's always some red tape. There's always an issue. I'm always calling them every 2 to 3 days to figure stuff out. No one ever wants to take responsibility. This place is horrible. I definitely don't recommend banking here!!!!!!!!!!!
