Fantastic customer service! Paul was amazing! He helped me through a tough situation, was extremely understanding and knowledgeable and helped me get my accounts in order.
I would not recommend this bank for personal or business as I have both accounts with them and there's always some red tape. There's always an issue. I'm always calling them every 2 to 3 days to figure stuff out. No one ever wants to take responsibility. This place is horrible. I definitely don't recommend banking here!!!!!!!!!!!
