The teller was very helpful and courteous.
We had no problem with this location for the past 5 years until recently. The last two times we went to Regions their bankers were not knowledgeable about Florida Guardian Advocates and Certification of Trust documents and was unable to help us. Prior to making an appointment, I asked the banker about opening a guardian checking account with a Court Order; he said he could do that. I had .79 in my account I wanted to close the account. I called customer service and spoke with someone named Colton. He said I can forfeit it and they would close it, I was fine with that. Well evidently it was rejected and I was charged $8. I wasn’t contacted it was rejected. Now I have to pay $7.21 to close this account. There isn’t anyone that can fix this for me. This is the absolute worst bank.
Absolutely worst bank in the world. I saw them cash a deposit in front of me and exchange money. Then I asked to break a $100 bill for 5s and 10s and was denied. What is the point of being a bank of you can’t exchange legal tender of the United States. This bank is a joke. I would never bank with them. That’s why this bank is going under just like the other small banks.
