Very friendly staff, very helpful. They make sure all of your questions are answered. I always have a pleasant experience when I go into this branch.
When I visit my regions in East Peoria, the Teller that I had that day was very caring, new my name and cared and asked about how my son was doing. Everyone at my regions branch are all amazing. I won't bank anywhere else.
This bank may be a great for personal banking needs, However I give this bank a poor review based on their lack of knowledge for business banking, I repeatedly heard the word FRAUD over 20 times and was told, even though I had all the correct business documentation that they did not care about my documents, this shows that if any banks legal team refuse to look at documentation created by attorneys clearly shows they don’t know what they’re doing.
