The bank is good but sometimes the customer service isn’t so good between 4-5pm today when I arrived I was told by a teller that if I can’t make it to that branch by 4:30 they would deny me service. She was very blunt!
Excellent customer service. Very thorough and great recommendations for what I needed for my son to set up an account as a young adult. Learned so much and they were so patient and helpful. Fully recommend!
Very nice, courtesy, and professional branch manager he was awesome especially with customer service. The tellers especially one in particular Deanna was very unprofessional, incompetent, lack professionalism, customer service, rude and disrespectful. If you are looking to open up an account go to the Jefferson location much more professional. If they didn’t have such a wonderful branch manager that location would definitely be a train wreck.
