I usually don’t have speak to any representative when I come to this location, but today I had to speak with a teller. The very brief conversation was rude & I left feeling like a burden. It was enough to make me appointment (at another location of course) close the account and take my business elsewhere.
This bank has Very lazy representation, it’s always slow at this bank . Side eye looks because I want to cash a check. Definitely needs more energetic and nice people here.

The bank is good but sometimes the customer service isn’t so good between 4-5pm today when I arrived I was told by a teller that if I can’t make it to that branch by 4:30 they would deny me service. She was very blunt!
Excellent customer service. Very thorough and great recommendations for what I needed for my son to set up an account as a young adult. Learned so much and they were so patient and helpful. Fully recommend!
