The slowest worst drive thru ever. You can be the only car there and it takes forever to make a deposit.
Opened 5 accounts with Regions as new clients that just moved here from out of state. Deposited several thousand dollars with them, and was refused access to the money for right at 10 days. No warning or heads up before hand, and even though the drafting bank was across the street they refused to make any effort to sort the issue out and allow me to have access to even a fraction of the money. Will never do business with Regions again, and advise anyone of means to stay well away from them. There are much better options here... read more
I just had a similar experience. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is that the bank manager tried to help me but the complaint department would not. I am now out $130 in fees.
Customer service sucks at the Canton location. I have managers as well as tellers discussing customers accounts. I once bank with this branch, but after hearing this for myself I immediately shut my account down. The bank head manager always has her door closed n never helps with customers nor do she speak when someone enters the bank. The assistant manager is always discussing what she do over the weekend with her different guys, n the consultant discussing different things on front end what she does. Linda Tibbs is saying Royce, at the east walnut branch in dalton ga, o my goodness EVERY business needs some one like him, he goes out of his way to help EVERYONE,had a problem and bless his heart he got right on it ,was talking to a lady while waiting for him and she also said how careing he was he is like this with everyone i hope that the people at regions knows how blessed they are to have him as a employee.if you ever have a problem ask for him to help you and he will take care of it.
I visited my branch of Region’s Bank in Port Charlotte. Florida Florida on September 14, 2022. I was in crisis because an internet scammer had taken control of my computer and threatened me that he was going to wipe out my account. The teller (I don’t know her name but she is a redhead) was very helpful and immediately placed a hold on my account. I was set back to the 1940's after attempting to set up a simple business account by George the branch mgr. He said he wasn't comfortable. I had all my proper documents as well. I suggest George visit bank policy and procedures along with regulations of discriminative practices. George should not be working with the public. George this is 2022.
